Leslie Jenkins William Fisher Tolley b 3 Nov 1823 South Molton married local Sarah Warren then to Cornwall then NYC and Salt Lake City in 1857.
also Tessa Bean has Susanna Fisher:

I am not happy with research in Annastasia Tolley’s tree but has link to 1851 census William 1824- and Sarah in Swansea with son Samuel 1849- all born South Molton so think this is William and Sarah who went to Utah. Agrees with online Mormon biography.
